another stab at jaws for dos problem

 When I am having the problem in jaws for dos where it will only read the
first 2 lines on the screen, if I press the 2 control keys at the same
time jaws will read another 2 lines.  A press of those keys reads another
2 lines.  Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this.  thanks andy
