Kevin needs help with ICQ

If anyone can help me with ICQ I would greatly appreciate it.  I can't get
jaws to read my in coming messages.  I also have alot of problems with
opening my ICQ.  I have a gateway laptop. and I have JFW 3.31.  If you need
any more information please let me know.
