Wouldn't it be a bit more prudent to fix the existing flaws and problems
on the current release of JFW than in releasing a new beta right before the
holidays. My computer at work crashes at least five times a day while using
IE 5 and I have gotten absolutely no answers from HJ about this problem,
which many on this board have noted. In addition, I have also reported
numerous problems with the new release in using Microsoft Word 97 but again
met with silence from HJ. On my home PC, I can't even install the new
current release and HJ doe s not know why. While it is great to have cutting
edge products, it would also be nice to have quality products that are
reliable.
