Press alt-t to select tools and o for options. Press shift-tab until you
hear general tab. Press right arrow until you hear signatures tab. This is
the dialog where you can add, remove and edit signatures. There is also a
box you can check to automatically add signatures to all out-going messages.
There is an edit box where you can type your signature information. You can
have several signatures and select one as default. If you don't want
automatic signatures, you can also select signatures from the insert menu
and choose the number of the signature you want. Finally, there is a "my
business card" option also, but I haven't tried to use it yet. Hope this
