I know how to set up the Microsoft Text-to-Speech Engine. There is a
folder on the JFW CD entitled "MSSPEECH". Go to this folder in Windows
Explorer. Then, execute the files I am about to mention in exact order.
First, run MSPCHAPI.EXE. After that, run MSTTS.EXE. In addition to that, you
have to select Microsoft Text-to-Speech Engine when installing JFW. Tell
your friend that I was glad to be of service, and to have a happy holiday!
