Buddy-phone How do I get started?

Hello Kathryn here. I just purcheased a headset with a microphone and I
installed the Buddy-phone software, but now I don't know how to get
started. Could somebody please give me some directions to get me started
with buddy-phone? I'm also on ICQ most of the time. My ICQ number is:
