The reason why JFW won't read the questions is likely because they are not
so much written as drawn. Games made for the general public, such as the one
you refer to, will typically use graphically stylized writing instead of
fonts which screen-readers will recognize. Likewise, if there are ikons for
things like characters in an adventure, units in a war simulation, etc, they
are not normal ikons. Trying to use the graphics labeller will not work on
them.
Audyssey magazine covers many of these games since they may be participated
in by the blind with sighted assistance. Your game is, I assume, a trivia
game based on the TV show of the same name. As such, it may be possible for
you to play it with sighted assistance. However, it will likely be
impossible to get JFW to help you access the game.
A number of companies are working on games specifically for the blind which
will be accessible. If you're interested, I invite you to give Audyssey a
look. It can be found at:

Look in the "resources" section of their site. While you're there, look at
the rest of their site to see what games are being worked on by them. They
are apparently trying to make their games Jaws-friendly.

hi `guys for christmas someone bought me the game who wants to be a
millionair however i can not get aws to read the scree to me anyone have any
