If you are using JFW 3.31 or higher and Internet Explorer 5 or higher, first
make sure that your virtual cursor is turned on. Then hit Control-Home.
This will take you to the top of the web page, just like it would take you
to the top of a word processor document in Microsoft Word. Have fun!
