Subject...: Merger of Regional Office,NCDC,Ranchi with Patna .......................................................... The National Cooperative Development Corporation under Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation has decided to merge its Regional office (Ranchi) of Jharkhand with Patna Office.This decision is totally against the Adivasi and lower level people who are benefited through LAMPS/ PACS and Cooperative Societies.The decision taken by the Board of Management,NCDC has kept confidential,since it is a mater of public interest especially lower level people, It needs to protest the decision of NCDC. I personally handed over the all relevant papers of this issue to CM,Leader of opposition,some Congress MLAs,Shri Theodor Kiro (Ex MLA) and at JVM head quater of Dibdih. Since no above leaders of Jharkhand have taken any steps against the merger of RO,NCDC,Ranchi with Patna Office. The State machinary is also silent. As I know the above taken decision is totally wrong,misleaded and it needs a sting Operation and spread in the air.
