Dear friends,
The more I think about the situation at Bastar the more I am driving myself
to depression.
I keep wondering that when all the politicians representing Bastar are
tribals then how come they don't understand what wrong is happening their????
I think the biggest enemies of the Tribals of Bastar are not the outsiders
but the tribal politicians and government officials who have completly
forgotten their own roots and blindly following whatever the outsiders are
presenting them.
These people spend thousands of ruppees for their trips to Hindu religious
places like Vaishnav devi and Shirdi but have no time and money for their
village God/Goddess whose resting places must be in shambles.For them the
flashy life-style of outsiders is more important than their own
culture,heritage.
No wonder a communal party like BJP has successfully converted thousands of
tribals to hindus.Isn't conversion a crime in our country?
I feel so broken at times because the more you think about the situation of
the tribals in India the more sad you feel.
When I know that Tribals are just subjects for people and that no one will
help their situation then even i should mind my own business because the more
deeper i am getting involved with the situation at Bastar the more painful its
becoming for me.
