Seasons Greetings to all! As a Jharkhandi I feel proud to be part of this
group. In my view the only reason for disputes and conflicts is ineffective
communication. Most of the time it has been found that small communication
barriers create mistrust and enemies. The approach we all should encourage is
KEEP TALKING till we all agree to a common view point and agree to work
together for the betterment of the community, especially the poor and
disadvantaged citizens. Let us take the initiative to build bridges and
communication channels between the various communities, irrespective of caste,
creed or religion. It is most unfortunate that we are not doing enough to stop
atrocities and injustice done on the poor by the so called educated and
