Should Universities too displace people!
The nonsense of contiguity. As if the mining non-sense
in Jharkhand was'nt enough Universities are displacing
people. Can they not accomodate themselves in
unoccupied areas or use existing facilities by
upgrading them. Governments cannot go by convenience.
