What's a government effort, while knowing every thing that every
where is scam involving ngo's for audit or kill all for scaming
schemes, where no one could speak anything to them by their
contractors. GOOD-GOOD India is a great country.
Here there is no value of villagers brain therefore government is
giving daily wages to deprived person's.
Who will hang the belll in cat's neck?
