It would be desirable to given the SC/ ST students a post dated degrees at time of admission so that we can avoid such controversies. The private sector employers would make their own decision aboiut hiring them. The union and state government can hire them based on qualification criteria and offer time bound promotions, to avoid similar controversies in government offices. It is also worth consideration to give post dated salary cheques. Though legally Commission has authority to question, questioning on such flimsy reasons can have demoralizing effect on Institutes of National Importance. It also can not ignored that there are 8 other students with poor performance who are asked to quit for poor performance.
