congrats on this superb website. I need info about how maids from jharkhand who
have lived here for more than 10 yrs, can get their election cards made...many
of them have no other id proof as required by the election commision. Any
guidance in this matter will really help. Afterall they are bonafide citizens
of this country with every right to cast their vote. And we need to help them.
