Dear Sir / Madam, Richmond Carey Foundation is incorporated with an objective for Elimination of child Labor through in depth survey and identification followed by comprehensive rehabilitation programme for rescued child labor and empowernment programmes for their parents and community members.
I was going through the e-mail of NGO with regards to "Elimination of Child Labor" in Jharkhand Forum .Infact I felt very happy atleast NGOs have come forward toward Elimination of Child Labor I am offering my consultancy services for Child Labour Elimination program. My services for this particular program are in following areas: #Supporting & completing all documentation protocols needed for Letter of Recognition from Department of Labor and/or District Collector. #Suggesting for effective bookkeeping process, audit/activity reports and minute books. #Exploring the possibilities for self-generated income. #Providing 3 different comprehensive training manuals for (1) surveying, (2) understanding legal framework and (3) implementing program for destitute children. #Preparing grant proposal in desired format, applying with funding agencies and taking follow up till its sanction. #Supporting with resource materials after sanction of grant to implement child welfare program. I have attached detailed information of the program with this letter for your perusal. While going through it you will understand that my proposed program is comprehensive one which comprise following areas of interventions: Generating awareness in your area of working (i.e. your district) Monitoring and survey of child labors and other child in vulnerable situations who need immediate care in your district. Comprehensive nurturing & rehabilitation program for 100 children (of less than 14 years of age) till they attain the age of 19 years of age Supporting poor parents with suitable income generating activities. Contributing towards development of standard of living of community members. We are making budget for more than Rs. 25 lakh per annum in our grant proposal for 5 years support with option for renewal for further period depending upon performance. For funding we will apply to non-government funding agencies e.g. CSRs and Corporate Funding Agencies. With the attached information of this program I have elaborated action plan of NGOs and my role in each of them. .
