Kindly note that your new commissioner would have strong binding
with seniors (politicians and IAS bureaucrats)

You cannot do anything against corruption unless you are getting
help from such corners.

With lot of pity up on you,

KM Ebrahim

Salary of Surveyor Shri Rakesh Raman Singh is Rs.6000/ P.M. But the
wealth amassed by him may perplex any one, we too were amazed and so
the Anti-corruption bureau of Chhattisgarh was. The order of
Collector was encouraging for every one. General public too welcomed
his decision. In fact such decisions win public faith for the
Government in "Naxal infested areas".

repealed the orders of Collector. To Suryavanshi, the order of
Collector Dr. Yadav was ambigious.

mandatory as well as moral obligation for us to retaliate this
action of Suryavanshi. We have planned to beat his effigy and later
on hang it at the Moti Baag Raipur as a symbolic protest against his
such an action which is going to encourage the corrupt ones.
