The Supreme Court verdict upholding the POTA Review Committee decision, is indeed a significant step for human rights.
Those responsible for illegally detaining people under this draconian law, must now be held accountable for this serious offence, and the Government should see that those wrongly arrested and their families, are adequately and justly compensated.
