I think it depends on the individual how he and she has been brought up. I believe you can be brought up in a worst city and yet learn to be respectful, honest and kind. How our Mother and Father bring us up matters a lot. I remember two class mates when they grew up one became a Doctor and the other thief. Both of them studied in the same school.
I read this somewhere and I donot know how true it is but here it goes: The Former President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam was talking to a group of University Students in Bangalore and one girl stands up and tells to Dr. Abdul Kalam, I want India to be a country free of corruption so that we can live in corruptless India. Dr. Abdul Kalam knowing very well that this change can't be brought by the Politicians who rule the states and the government advises to this girl. He says if each one of you boys and girls go home and tell your mother and father to be a honest citizen we will be getting closure to a corruptless India. I sincerely feel honesty, humbleness and politeness start from the home. If each family sticks to what Dr. Abdul Kalam said I am sure we will erase the corruption much faster in India or Bihar.
