Am not aware of any recent communal violence in Jharkhand. If there are- those who support violence are not helping Jharkhand. In fact nobody supporting violence is helping the new state. We need to bring education to tribal areas. There needs to be a healthy debate on what is most suitable education and health policy in Jharkhand. Also agricultural, forest and industrial policies. How to run local government. How to support the good traditions and use the resources in a sustainable way. All tribes, as well as Bengali or Hindi speaking people settled in Jharkhand- whether Sikh, Buddhist, Hindu, Muslim or preferring Sarna or even communism or Gandhism need to be respected when these discussions are on/ Prabir
