Dear Mukhtar Bhai, I do not think that monotheism is in any way superior to polytheism. There is no reason why we need to find common ground through a shared monotheism. There are many more important and good things that are shared between all the major religions of the world. As fo Hindus we do have a choice whether to be monotheists or polytheists and it is best that individual Hindus decide for themselves whether to follow one or the other choice.
