Dear Sir
It will be like living in Fool's paradise if GOI thinks that Pakistan will
ever ever accept its role of any kind, direct or indirect in recent Mumbai
terrorists' attack,or sheltering or handing over any of the
criminals/terrorists wanted by India, or accepting any evidence or
proof of Pakistan's involvement, or existence of any terror
camps/terrorists' organizations working against India from its
territory. Again, Hon. Union Minister of External Affairs' remark is
nothing but for public consumption that India has the option of
military action again with no political will to act upon it. All
allegations against Pakistan, though may be true to some extent, are
just to divert public attention.
Terror attack on Mumbai on 26 November 08 was simply an utterly and grossly
failure of
Intelligence- Central and State, effective vigil and surveillance by
Navy and coastal Guards and Mumbai Police and inexcusable inordinate delay in
 dispatch and landing of
Commandos for which any responsibility is yet to be fixed and heads
rolled .Even the State Chief Minister has not yet taken moral
responsibility for the failure to prevent such a attack and resigning
from the post straightaway but taking a shelter in the Congress High
Command awaited final decision.
Responsibility and accountability
must be fixed for the gross failure of duty at various levels and
those responsible sacked . All political parties cutting across
their political differences, should, in the national interest, reach
an understanding on common action plan and strategy and Goi should implement it
faithfully so as to prove it as a deterrent for any such attacks in
future
and restore Public faith and confidence in State.
