The electronic media have always " rejoiced" at such terrorist attack & why not 
- their TRPS make an upward swing.
 
I think the terrorist also enjoy the spectacle at their expenses. Because these 
guys give such vivid details & keep their cameras glued to the event, they get 
maximum coverage
 
I think the press council should come up with a guideline for reporting such 
incidnets - if not censor boards.
