I do not agree to this as most indian dont work even what they are offred or spoil the scope of the project in which they work. Also because high implementing officials/leaders/businessman educated or organised are are corrupt and least concern about the country or socieety in which we live.Saying goes like this in word of Ekbal' Barbade gulsinta ek hi ullu kafee hai ,anjame Gulistan kya hoga jis ke her dal per ullu betha Hai ".
