Dear All, Long time ago -- with Telangana Development Forum and Other organizations I pleaded to support "Parivartan", an organization out of Delhi with counterparts in other major cities -- it is founded by Arvind Kejriwal, who went to receive Magsaysay Award ---
On one of those occassions, I personally took up an issue (many others did too) with a major attack on their workers for pursuing corruption at every corner -- it was Sheila Dikshit who I ended up speaking to on one occassion with a single phone call (it was her PA who received the call and coolly gave the phone to her) --- she was the CM of Delhi at the time -- I was not expecting to get her on the phone, but I promptly ended up pleading about Parivartan workers getting attacked by thugs on the streets of Delhi. I could not imagine getting though the CM of Andhra Pradesh (now or before with Naidu) for a just cause; if it was a scheme I had about swinding money from public or free land, I would get the hearing from these guys in no time. That is the difference in Sheila Dikshit getting elected a third time by Delhites and people in our part not wanting our leaders within a matter of three to four years. Advaniji is asking for fast track courts now for MLA, MPs and any other major corrupt cases -- which is commendable; *Who do not want their corrupt representatives behind bars?* Any credible leader who makes it happen, whether they are from Congress or from BJP -- they will be supported.
