Dear Moderator At present, the mail/views of various personnel on various topics of current importance and general interest are circulated by Jharkhand Yahoo group under the individual name/s of senders where as in the body of the mail, jharkhand logo is also displayed. While checking the in box mail, it appears to be individual e mail while opening it, it is observed that it is circulated by Jharkhand group. Many a times, a person may not be interested to open/read mail from all senders and may delete it treating as spam/trash. But if a mail is sent under [email protected]; it will add creditability to the mail and most of the receivers of such mails would be tempted to open it and read/glance through it. Other Website owners like karmayog circulate mails/letters/views under their banner <[email protected]>; and inside the body of the message, sender's name is indicated. Also to avoid frequent sending of mails, they pool up such mails and send it once or twice a day, with provision to reply to Reply to sender | Reply to group | Reply via web post , A sample copy of karmayog mail is forwarded to you separately for your perusal. You may like to consider to change your group style sending mails and switch over to mails under your [email protected]; Thanks and regards

Ask moderator to send you no email to your email address though, you can access all mails on web (at http://egroups.com/list/jharkhand ) and reply them by using your yahoo email id. 4. Get all messages of Jharkhand Forum compiled in a single page through monthly archive at some blogs on blog.jharkhand.org.in Also, 5.
