I agree to almost all the recommendations, except entering the alleged criminals house with shoes outside. You should appreciate that when policemen go in such raids, they are chances of getting killed by fire - Batala house encounter/Naxlite encounters.
Also, Human rights activists should keep away themselves when the victim is Afzal Guru or a dreaded Naxlite. Else meet the fate of Vaiko (Tamilnadu leader who gave a pro-LTTE speech and joined by Jayalitha under POTA) or Dr. Binayak Sen. Dr. Sen met a Naxlite leader in jail with due permission about 25 or more times and invited trouble. If a criminal is in jail and become sick, there are Jail doctors. Why he was so sympathetic for a Killer, who never hesitated to kill people. Hence, except PUCL activists, no one is bothered about Dr. Binayak Sen. Even Dr. Sen couldn't get bail from Supreme Court. This should be seen as an example and all those Human rights activists must study the following article and learn "How far we can torture the Naxlites and Terrorists ?" US VP Dick Cheney's proven formula. Terrorists and Naxlites are not humans and hence don't deserve any sympathy; only torture.
