I feel the divide of Tribal vs. non tribal should go? Why minority Tribal may have alwaus CM? After all the Constitution needs amendement rather drastic revision for any CM not aksed to seek electoral mandate within six months- Shibu lost due to above causes which geneally and in fact never had been with any previous CM. If there is any able person he will come up like Obama even without any refrence? I agree there sould be no place for corrupts including Guruji and 'Managemenr Guru'..
