Namaste Sri Manju Sainath

I know, the reincarnation theory and the associated karma theory has few
takers outside Hindu- Buddhist- jaina traditions. But, we need to take
an objective and logical look rather than a traditionist/faith outlook.

In being objective, I will start quoting from sources outside India and
its followers. First is an Internationally renowned psychologist, Scott
Peck, Author of "The Road Less travelled" ( An international bestseller-
1988 and still continues to sell). In this book, page 78 ( subtitle
Birth and rebirth)

" Since birth and death are but two different sides of the same coin,
it is really not at all unreasonable to pay closer heed than we usually
do in the west to the concept of reincarnation. But whether or not we are
willing to entertain seriously the possibility of some kind of rebirth
occurring simultaneously with our physical death, it is abundantly clear
that this lifetime is a series of simultaneous deaths and births.
'Throughout the whole life one must continue to learn to live, ' said
Seneca, two millennia ago, 'and what will amaze you even more,
throughout life one must learn to die'."

"It is also clear that the farther one travels on the journey of life,
the more rebirths one will experience, and therefore more deaths......."

And here is Stuart close in his "Genius of Homepathy"

" From nothing, nothing comes. Every effect proceeds from a
cause. Effects follow causes in unbroken succession.
No substantial effect can be produced upon any subject without
an absolute substance of some kind connecting the cause with the
effect."

These are simple stimuli to arouse our analytical and contemplative
powers to arrive at the truth. negation of a truth is not a clever act.
Those who do are not aware of these grand truths are simply unfortunate.
I read that, Constantine, in about the third Cent BC, ordered all
references to reincarnation removed from the New testament.

The people of the west and the occident are thus deprived of the Mammoth
truth of our Orient.

And have you thought about why the combined effort of the Party and the
Army could not bring equality to their subjects in Russia ? The
answer lies in the realm of philosophy and spirituality. Not on empty
speculations of Marxism.
