I agree with your very interesting analysis. Though I m not the one who
believes in predication of dooms day:). We also agree that any act of violence
in the name of moral policing whatever the justification (cultural or
otherwise) is highly condemnable irrespective of whosoever doest it. Part of
your analysis below sounds original to me
