As an Ex State Minority Commission Member, I would like to bring to your notice that the Church properties are being sold all over Madhya Pradesh, Infact I had given an order not to allow this. To all the Collectors of the district. Mr. Bernard State Minority Commission member was insulted given bangles, every day there is a statement by the Christians against him, I would like to ask is this the way of protesting, we are a small community and we know what is happening, why? we could not have asked him to come on the table and talk to him. The Christians met the Governor of MP. Next day Mr.Bernard met the Governor and informed him of graves being sold for 15,000/- when the graveyard land was given free Of charge to the Christians. Why? Do we like to wash dirty linen in the public. Few days back I met Mr.Bernard he showed me all the files, people are complaining bitterly how their graveyard was sold or the Church land. Recently in Jabalpur the High Court gave a stay to the builder, one section of the community had complained against the other group for selling the land to the builder. It is sad the whole community is divided and up in arms, fighting each other bitterly. To stop all this I would ask the leaders of the community to sit with Mr.Bernard and discuss the matter, He has already started working on this issue, all the Collector have received his mail, as soon as he build the case he will move forward.
