Dear Xavier,
Your expression is well received. I would like to add with
whatever i have experimented & learnt from NALCO Movement in Orissa.

For a Mass Movement to happen and succeed following factors are imporatant;

A sizable population are affected because of some policy. Or there is a fear
that most of the people will loose if a certain policy is implemented. The Enemy
which brings such effect must be clearly visible and percievable.Atleast 5
people must dare to change the policy, come what may and they should have one
leader who should not be a democrat.Coming first to your Mines Mineral & Rights
of which you are an editor.

The rules and regulation governing Mines and Minerals of India is exactly as it
was by the British Empire. The idea is to have full control of underground
property and to give the State govt the surface right and minimal royalty for
name shake. Thereby robbing the State of their rightful demand of the benifit
from the mines which otherwise should have come to them.

Regarding empowerment of women: God has empowered women. Men were nowher near
to that power. The Power to produce a human being. But by violence Men
dominates the Women. The government msut reduce violence. When violence will be
stopped by the Governing agency, Women will be automatically empowered.

Therefore we must start a movemnt for non-violence society. And in that
movement not only women but also peace loving men will participate and the
movement can really become strong. At the end your objective of Women
empowerment will also be achieved.
