occurs in JiBX/WS when using mappings with over 3 namespaces. (JiBX/WS itself
is declaring 3 namespaces).
See attached test case which uses similar code to JiBX/WS but runs as a
standalone app . Unzip to jibx distribution root folder (same level as
tutorial). Run "ant" to reproduce the issue.
