Dennis Sosnoski resolved JIBX-298.
----------------------------------

      Assignee: Dennis Sosnoski
    Resolution: Fixed

I've added an inline='...' attribute for use on schema component
customizations, with inline='prefer' telling CodeGen to inline the component if
possible. It's not possible to inline all schema components, but the case of an
xs:group or xs:attributeGroup will always work.

> Code generation when referencing xsd:group in more than one schema component

> If using xsd:group elements more than one time in other schema components
> than JiBX will generate the groups as separate java class. It should be
> possible to define that the elements of the xsd:group have to be created as
> attributes in the generated java class of the reference schema component
> rather than generating a separate class.
