Maulik,
What version of the OTA spec are you using... 2010B, 2010A, etc? Are you using
the stock schema or are there any changes?
Can you attach your code... or even better create a very simplified project
that fails with the same error.
I would also recommend simplifying your response xml to isolate this problem.
