The problem you have is in your schema definition, not JiBX. Typically, the schema definition will include the GMT offset. For example,
TimeStamp="2008-09-02T03:52:40.327-07:00" is how you would specify a time using the opentravel schema. Note the time zone information at the end. If your schema requires the IST time zone, you will have to manually convert the time in your application before setting or retrieving it from your schema.
