We just bumped into this issue when updating the Spring Framework's test sources to 1.7 compatibility. Currently working around the issue by pinning the affected module (spring-oxm) to 1.6 compat. Would be nice for us to have this fixed, but of course the more important issue is actual users of JibX who cannot upgrade their production systems to 1.7 because of this problem.
