Thank you for pointing out about the classpath. I have added the 3rd
party JAR to the classpath of Ant task definition and now the error was
gone.

The binding declaration is as follow:

The Java class is like this:

private Location location_;
Location class is extends from a class in a 3rd-party library. I'm
not sure that the cause is from that JibX could not reference that
class or not.
