The source is in the JiBX SVN repository at Sourceforge. You can browse the source at http://jibx.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/jibx/jibx-eclipse/trunk/, or see the instructions at http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=69358 to download. You'll need to add jibx-eclipse/trunk to the URL to retrieve just the Eclipse plugin.
