Shouldn't it be "Reviewers"?

From the Bylaws: "Projects that do not require any formal change review 
will not have any Reviewers" and Project Jigsaw is one of those. So 
Committers is right here but of course any changes going into jdk9/dev 
requires at least one of the reviewers to be a jdk9 Reviewer.
