[~uwe] Where is that log? The intention was to provide [two kinds of wheels for
different macOS
targets|https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/dev/tasks/tasks.yml#L354-L355]
by setting {{MACOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET}}, though we may [use the latest
SDK|https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/ci/scripts/python_wheel_macos_build.sh#L38]
in both cases (need to check the build logs).
