- do we need the hyperlink to the Arrow homepage on the first mention of Arrow?
And we should refer to it as Apache Arrow.
- why are we running tests as the third step? we should briefly explain here
architectural overview - currently bullet points don't have links
communication
- Mailing List should be plural
