Thanks [~andy] - yes it works great for RFC-4180 compliant export.
I was curious if - similarly to [CSV
reading|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JENA-699?jql=project%20%3D%20JENA%20AND%20text%20~%20%22Excel%22%20ORDER%20BY%20priority%20DESC%2C%20updated%20DESC]
- also CSV writing allows some flexibility in the output format (e.g.
enforcing double quotes for all field - even empty ones).
