Description: Kafka Streams currently allows you to specify a replication
factor for changelog and repartition topics that it creates. It should also
allow you to specify any other TopicConfig. These should be used as defaults
when creating Internal topics. The defaults should be overridden by any configs
provided by the StateStoreSuppliers etc. (was: Kafka Streams currently allows
