Hi [~tomz],
I started writing a KIP for this change -
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/KIP-208%3A+Add+SSL+support+to+Kafka+Connect+REST+interface.
So I think it would be great if you can share how you addressed it and what
your experiences are in the discussion on the dev mailing list. We will see
what the outcome would be and if we can reuse something from your solution.
