Review Comment: I added one more commit after `Create static mock on Herder's connectorExecutor and remove other unneeded mocks` called `Put back all the verifications back for compareAndSwapLoaders` which adds the verifications that I removed in the `Create static mock on Herder's connectorExecutor and remove other unneeded mocks` commit.
