Luke Chen commented on KAFKA-14207: ----------------------------------- [~jagsancio] , in the doc, you mentioned: _For redundancy, a Kafka cluster should use 3 controllers. More than 3 controllers is not recommended in critical environments. In the rare case of a partial network failure it is possible for the cluster metadata quorum to become unavailable. This limitation will be addressed in a future release of Kafka._ About the limitation, do we have any Jira issues tracking them? And what's the status of them? Thanks. > Add a 6.10 section for KRaft > ---------------------------- > > Key: KAFKA-14207 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-14207 > Project: Kafka > Issue Type: Sub-task > Components: documentation > Affects Versions: 3.3.0 > Reporter: Jose Armando Garcia Sancio > Assignee: Jose Armando Garcia Sancio > Priority: Major > Labels: documentation, kraft > Fix For: 3.3.0 > > > The section should talk about: > # Limitation > # Recommended deployment: external controller > # How to start a KRaft cluster. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
