Left a comment on the PR; facing some issues with running the tests locally due
to pip being in /usr/local/bin/ rather than /usr/bin/. If it helps, I'm running
them on macOS High Sierra, and it appears that since El Capitan, System
Integrity Protection prevents this pip from being installed in /usr/bin/
(please forgive my ignorance and feel free to correct me if I am wrong).
Would there be any alternatives around this?
