Hi 兴强,
Kafka might be shutdown inappropriately, there is a similar issue reported at
[Kafka cannot recover after an unclean shutdown on
Windows|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-6075].
I suggest you to delete all the files under /logs path and restart zookeeper
and kafka.
