Split MetadataTest#testUpdateParitionLeadership into two tests: MetadataTest#testIgnoreUpdatePartitionLeadership MetadataTest#testApplyAndIgnoreUpdatesPartitionLeadership Each test < 100 lines, helper functions combined to about 50 lines. Not sure if this is sufficient or if more refactoring is necessary.
